L.M. LIVELY, of said County, whose address is 1010 Fifteenth Street, Augusta, Georgia; B.F. LIVELY of said County, whose address is R.F.D., Augusta, Georgia; G.P. LIVELY, of Chatnam County, Georgia, whose address is 1206 Collins Street, Savannah, Georgia; J.T. LIVELY of Burke County, Georgia, whose address is R.F.D., Waynesboro, Georgia; I.S. LIVELY, of Toombs County, Gerogia, whose address is Vidalia, Georgia; Mrs. Ruth Bateman, of Richmond County, Georgia, whose address is Thomason, Georgia, and J.B. Lively of Richmond County, Georgia, whose address is 1267 Holden Drive, herinafter called applicants, bring this application for the granting of a charter for a private and social Corporation, and show the Court the following facts:
WHEREFORE, applicants pray for themselves, their associates and successors, that they be incorporated as aforesaid. |

| The above and forgoing petition read and considered. Let the same to be filed in the office of Clerk of this Court in Richmond, Georgia. Let a copy there of, together with a copy of this order be published once a week for four weeks in the Augusta Chronicle, the official gasette of said County, and let all interested persons show cause before me at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 27th day of August, 1945, at the Court House of Richmond County, Georgia, why the prayers of the above and forgoing petition should not be granted |

| WHEREAS, L.M. Lively, a citizen of Richmond County, Georgia; B.F. Lively, a citizen of Richmond County; Georgia; G.P. Lively, a citizen of Chatham County, Georgia; J.T. Lively a citizen of Burke County, Georgia; I.S. Lively, a citizen of Toombs county, Georgia; Mrs. Ruth Bateman, a citizen of Richmond County, Georgia, J.T. Lively, a citizen of Richmond County, Georgia, and H.W. Lively, a citizen of McDuffie County, Georgia, have filed in the office of Clerk of Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia, their petition asking for the formation of a Corporation to be known as the Lively League, with no capital, for the purposes of conducting a social club, preservation of genelogical records of the descendants of George Pierce Lively and Clara A. Lively, and for the general social uplift of the members thereof; not for pecuniary gain, and having complied with the statutes in such cases provided, by publishing such application once a week for four weeks in the Augusta Chronicla, the official gazette of Richmond County, Georgia after having filed said application in the office of Clerk of the Superior Court of Richmond County, Georgia. And the Court being satisfied upon examination of the petition that the same is in the purview of the laws of Georgia. It is ordered and decreed that said application be granted and the above named petitoners, their associates and successors are hereby incorporated under the name of the Lively League, for the purposes set out in said petition, for and during the period of twenty years, with the privilege of renewal at the expiration of that time, in accordance with the laws of this state; And the said incorporators, their associates and successors are hereby clothed with all of the rights, privileges and powers mentioned in said petition, and with all those given to such corporations under the laws of Georgia, and likewise made subject to the restrictions fixed by law.
